My final piece was based on Mike McQuade’s stye of work, the reason I based my work on Mike McQuade is because I feel like he is inspired by Neville Brody and David Carson just like me, but his style of work is so modern and different that it stands out.

My final poster is a live brief from a client who told me everything that he wanted in the poster itself. The theme behind my final poster is grid method inspired by Mike McQuade’s style of work.

I learnt to a lot about photoshop and illustrator, doing this project I learnt how to work to a time scale and to produce work to a high standard, I also learnt how to present my work using photoshop this is something that I have never done before. I also created a portfolio website with all my work this website is a good way of getting into the graphic design world as it can help me actually get live jobs from it.

I really like my final piece I like the way it all fits into place neatly, the hierarchy worked well. My colour scheme has good balance. I like the fact that my client is happy with my work.
